The xslt command is a command-line XSLT processor.

The xml file is provided on stdin, and the xslt file is defined via the -xslt switch (along with -xsltenc for the encoding).

Again, the -in and -out switches define the encodings of stdin and stdout.

C:\>xslt -?
xslt [parameters]

applies xslt transformation on stdin xml

-xslt   [filename]      xslt file
-in     [encoding]      input encoding
-out    [encoding]      output encoding
-xsltenc        [xslt encoding]         xslt encoding
